If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call Elysian Float Spa or utilize your “My Bookings” portal at ElysianFloat.com. Please be advised that we require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.00, which may be charged to the credit card on file. There is a full-price No-Show (no call nor visit prior to the arrival time) fee or redemption of a member benefit, gift card or other promotional offer that would have been used for the scheduled appointment. If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all canceled or no-show appointments will be made on that one card. Credit cards or other means of payment that are taken at the time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment.
